It's been months now and all I've received is a poorly written email from a non English speaker saying they will contact supplier…give me a break.my booking number is ******* and the hotel was Hampton Inn & suites in Cleveland Mentor….The hotel did nothing wrong.
Even reputable hotels have written bad reviews about the fraudulent website. They are scammers that have been around for years now if you look and do a little research you will see the same thing happening to people all the time from these guys. They are looking into it…there's no number to call everything is done via email or chat! Just save yourself the hassle and headache and book with a reputable company.
